Book Review: "Freeze-Frame Revolution" by Peter Watts

Peter Watts does sci-fi horror like no one else. The narrator’s mental condition is suspect. The universe is scary. Even the familiar isn’t right.

A good, quick read. I agree with the author’s afterword that it’s really a novella, despite it passing some arbitrary length bar. I could’ve used some more payoffs for something I’m not going to spoil, since I guessed incorrectly about what it meant, but eh.
